Our staff arrives usually hours prior to service time, sets up the outdoor kitchen, prepares the food, cooks, serves, and then cleans up as if we were never there other than leaving behind happy faces and full stomachs.

Hey Pacific Trails! I wanted to thank you for the AWESOME job you did yesterday at my nephew's baby shower! You were punctual, professional, and the food was amazing! You made the party! This caterer was great to work with, exceeded my expectations (which are high) and the food was excellent. The party goers are still calling me for the caterer's name, and to tell me how great the food was and how professional, yet friendly, they were.
Through friends, I know of two corporate events that they had catered, which were huge successes, not only the food and service, but the games that they played at these events.

I was changing the headcount two days prior to the party, and John took it in stride. Wow, what a great time everyone had Saturday. The caterering setup was great and the food was wonderful! The serving tables were really neat too. We received nothing but praises about how outstanding the food tasted. You and Judy did an unforgettable job and made everyone feel so comfortable.
